Order Processing
Due to the Easter period, any orders placed from 18th March will not be dispatched until 13th April.
All shipping timeframes are in addition to this processing period. Once orders have been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Shipping times are dependent on the shipping option chosen at checkout and are in addition to order processing times. Once shipped, any delays are outside of our control; however, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Royal Mail UK Services
Royal Mail aim to deliver to all addresses they have mail for, six days a week. If resourcing issues, associated self-isolation and safety measures prevent this, they will deliver at least every other day. It’s only in extreme cases – where offices are severely affected by absence levels – that this may not be possible.
Physical signatures are currently not being captured on delivery, but the name of the person accepting the item will be logged.

Royal Mail International Services
Items are leaving the UK for all overseas destinations on time. Royal Mail are working with airline and postal/courier partners to maintain services across the globe; however, delays may still occur due to operational pressures and reduced transport capacity.
Items to some EU destinations may also experience customs delays.
Signatures on delivery may not be available in some countries. Details of any country or area suspensions and the latest updates are available via Royal Mail.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. House of Allure London LTD is not responsible for these charges and they remain the customer’s responsibility.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@houseofallurelondon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into this for you.
