Circumference: Using a flexible tape measure, place the tape around your head, starting from the middle of your forehead, wrapping around the crown of your head, and ending back at the starting point.
Ear-to-Ear: Measure from the top of one ear, over the top of your head, to the top of the other ear, just above the hairline.
Nape-to-Front: Measure from the nape of your neck (just above the hairline at the back) to the center of your forehead.
